General Scope of Coverage Dog Wash Trailer King Pty Ltd warrants to the first registered owner, that Dog Wash Trailer King Pty Ltd will replace, at its option, any genuine parts covered under this warranty which is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty term as set forth in the Coverage Chart depicted in paragraph B, subject to the exclusions listed in paragraph C. Each applicable warranty term begins on the date of dealer dispatch. This warranty covers new genuine parts (“Equipment”) purchased from Dog Wash Trailer King Pty Ltd. Dog Wash Trailer King equipment comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The benefits within our Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
B. What is Warranted? Subject to paragraph C, all parts of new Equipment are warranted as set forth in the Coverage Chart below. All warranty is commercial grade warranty – 3 months parts and labour and a further 9 months parts only. However, in most cases we go over and above this to deliver you amazing customer service. Industry leading structural warranty covers the draw bar and chassis only from fatigue and has a guarantee for a period of 12 months from original date of purchase.
Trailer bodies are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from original date of purchase. Cosmetic blemishes are not part of warranty.
Hydraulic and electric tables have a 90 day limited warranty; due to the nature of the product and its uses, rust and powder coat coming off due to water from the user is not covered by warranty, this is classed as wear and tear. Expect to touch up your table as ongoing maintenance, this is a wet environment within the trailer and proper care is required to keep your table at its best. Please note; the timber table top on our dog wash table is a ‘wear and tear’ item. Part of operating a trailer and dog wash business is performing proper maintenance of these items, some of which will wear out and need to be replaced over time. For example, scissors and clipper blades will become blunt after repeat use and need to be sharpened and over time, replaced. Your table and other equipment in the trailer also requires this same level of care and maintenance.
Your trailer is a commercial working environment; it will have a much higher rate of wear and tear than an environment that is only used once per week, once per month etc. As you are using your trailer daily, you will have corrosion and will need to continuously clean your trailer to keep it in good condition, including oiling the stainless steel.
Please note the blowers supplied in the trailers are dual motor blowers. Being commercial equipment, the blowers are warranted against manufacturers defect for 90 days from the date of delivery. After 90 days, the blower will become a maintenance item, which is part of operating a business. The blower will need to be serviced and maintained, occasionally replaced, as any commercial electrical equipment, for example a hair dryer in a hairdressers is not expected to last forever, and will be replaced as needed.
Please do not neglect your equipment or trailer, we strongly recommend regular cleaning and maintenance to keep your trailer in top condition.
Baths and Bath motors are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from original date of purchase. General wear and tear is exempt.
The jockey wheel is covered for the first 14 days only. All jockey wheels are brand new, fit for purpose according to the weight of the trailer, and lift to fit a standard vehicle. If, after that time, you damage your jockey wheel, or your jockey wheel does not lift high enough to get onto your vehicle, you will be responsible for replacing your jockey wheel at your expense. Jockey wheels can be purchased from trailer part retailers such as Super Cheap Autos.
